Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change)
Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production
We try to have all orders processed within 7 business days (Normal Processing Time)
However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in the order that they are ordered in.
